Definitions: Stone Loss : Stone Breakage: Stone Loss is
the removal of the stone from the housing of the phone. The stone falls
off the phone completely, crystal cut head and silvering base included.
In Stone Loss, there is no stone residue left on the base unit.
Stone Breakage is the corruption of the stone by an outside force.
In Stone Breakage, part of the stone remains on the housing unit.
The part of the stone which remains on the unit may be part of the faceted-cut
of the stone or the silvering of the back of the stone. When the silvering
is left on the housing unit, and the faceted-cut of the stone is gone,
this is considered Stone Breakage, not Stone Loss.

A word about Stone Loss versus Stone Breakage:
Swarovski crystals are high quality glass products. When struck with
an object, glass breaks. Crystals are the same, when they strike an object
with too much force or when they are struck with too much force, they
break, shatter or crack. Our Guarantee protects you against Stone Loss,
not Stone Breakage. Please treat your phone carefully, the stones
are made of glass, after all, and WILL BREAK if mishandled.
